Oh yes...I just made some very cool Regaliz Leather jewelry! People have been telling me I need a place online to show off some of the designs that I have created, so, with the help of a kind and patient friend, I'm doing exactly that. So please bear with me, as I'm a bit of a technophobe so my sites won't have a lot of bells and whistles. But they will have some very delicious pictures of my new bracelet designs!
I know a lot of you may not be that familiar with Regaliz leather. And I'll be honest, neither was I until one of my aunts actually showed me a length of the leather and one of the bracelets that she had created. My first thoughts were somewhere along the lines of .."Ohhh how cool!" And yeah, the leather was absolutely delicious looking! So after a nice cup of coffee at my kitchen table, I decided to make a few of these for some friends as a test. Well, needless to say, the feedback that I received was just short of overwhelming! Yeah, it made me feel good, but it also made me realize that this style of leather bracelet might be well received by others. So, my Regaliz Leather Jewelry line was officially launched!
Like I said in the beginning, this page might not be a thing of beauty, so you'll have to bear with me! Oh, some things I think you should know about each bracelet that I make. First of all, since the big scare about toxic materials being found in lots of cosmetic jewelry I want to put your mind at rest. All the metal components that I use, things like the clasps and the accent pieces, are certified to be both lead and nickle free! They also have been electroplated with 99.9% pure sterling silver to give each bracelet an even more unique look.
All the beads are high quality ceramic and glass beads that look so good that you almost want to pop one into your mouth to see if they have any flavor! Ok..maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but you get the idea. They're stunning! And they all have been specifically made to be used with the Regaliz leather.
